There are a variety of classes and times for aerobics at both of our branches. From step, toning, hi/low impact, duo-step, circuit training, kickboxing and fitball, we offer something for everyone.

| Aerobics |
| This class will work your core to the max! Come and work your abs in this fun yet intense class. |
| |
| Mixing it up with step and resistance exercises. This class will end with strong abdominal work (expect some planks)! |

| A great workout while learning boxing fundamentals: stance, balance, defense, offense and stamina. |
| |
| High energy cardio classes combining floor, step and kickboxing. Finishing with toning and killer abs! |

| A cardiovascular workout using the step and weights, this is a great workout for all fitness levels! |

| Focus is on lower body and a great cardiovascular workout using primarily the step. Some upper body toning and ab work at the end. |

| This class combines light weights, the ball, yoga, and Pilates movements to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and lengthen and tone muscles. Adaptations are made for every level. Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to take off your shoes. |

| A short, but intense class focusing on the midsection and the glutes, all exercises can be adapted for beginners. This class is great to pair with the morning cycling class offered just before the class start. |

| This class is for those whre silver and/or fit! This class is a circuit class. In this class some of the exercises may include the use of: resistance bands, free weights, chair exercises, agility ladder, etc. Come and try this class! |

| This class is the perfect yoga/stretching class for beginners and seniors. All yoga positions can be done while seated in a chair or using a chair to help support and balance. |

| That’s right! This class is just what it says. Mainly focusing on strengthening your lower body, it’s also sure to get your heart rate up! |

| Great class for a total body workout. This class will get your heart rate up and your muscle burning! Beginners and people of all ages are welcome. |

| This class is broken into cardio movements & segments of resistance with weights. Class will end with abs & a full body stretch or a toning segment! |

| Boot camp style class with short segments of strength exercises coupled with toning exercises and light to moderate bursts of intense cardio segments, ending with low back and abdominal exercises. |

| This session will assist in strengthening and stretching your muscles, while working your core too! This class is suitable for all age ranges. It is a ballet-based toning and stretching session. |

| This class is 45 minutes in length and will include basic exercises that include some or all of the following; free weights, balance exercises, resistance bands, abdominal exercises, lower back exercises, etc. People of all ages and fitness backgrounds are encouraged to attend. |

| This is a great class for intermediate and seniors. The class boasts through toning with no high impact making it appropriate for multi-levels and all age groups! Another great class to follow the morning ride cycling class! |

| This class takes the Zumba® formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba® Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, meringue, cumbia and reggaeton; easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. Active older adults want camaraderie, excitement and fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun! |
