My name is Cross Kantz, and I’m a ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. I received my Bachelor’s in Sports and Dietetics Nutrition from Mansfield University, and Master’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida. Around my early teens, I started lifting weights for football purposes, but it didn’t take long for me to develop a passion for it well after my time playing football and lacrosse were up.
Nutrition wise, my whole life I’ve always been curious with how the food we eat impacts weight loss, muscle growth, sport’s performance, mood, energy, and overall health. So, I’ve furthered my education, have been learning from some of the most credible people in the field, and have read and continue to read up on loads of real research which has fueled my passion to now inspire and transform lives!
