I’m Janice and I have been involved in sports and fitness from a young age in various roles from an athlete to a coach. I have been a personal trainer since 2000 and a group fitness instructor for over 30 years. I am also a certified Pilates and TRX instructor. My personal training philosophy is building functional movements used in everyday life, along with strength, mobility and a strong core. This is the foundation of all fitness programs, regardless of age or ability level. I’m personally invested in my clients and love that I am given the opportunity to connect with them on so many levels.
