Whether you are completely new to weight training and have never worked on your nutrition, or have been training for years and tried different dietary approaches to up your game, this program is for you to get your training and diet dialed in based on your needs to unlock your potential, and optimize your game. With each athlete, we take into account your starting point and work towards progressing your skills each and every week to transform you to an elite athlete. 

What You Can Expect

  • Building up your bench, deadlift, squat, and shoulder press
  • Field movement techniques
  • Core work
  • Improved mobility and stability
  • Increasing grip strength


We’ll also include:

  • Foundational nutrition practices that are evidence based to accelerate your training adaptations, recovery time, and natural energy
  • How to stay properly hydrated
  • How to obtain all your vitamins and minerals from your diet, cover deficiencies if supplements are necessary, and  what supplements to take
  • How to source sport safe supplements if you choose to purchase them
