A personal trainer will help to keep you accountable and reach your current goals—then inspire you to set new ones. Your trainer will help you establish goals that are specific to your needs. They’ll tailor a program that takes into consideration your fitness level and any possible limitations you may have while helping you improve your strength, flexibility, endurance, cardiovascular health, and more!
Together, you and your personal trainer will develop a consistent workout schedule to help you see results and build lifelong healthy habits. With different personal training packages available, you can choose the level of support that fits your schedule and budget. We’ll work with you to create a customized fitness routine that caters specifically to your health goals including:
Certified Personal Trainer
Personal training will provide individualized, safe, effective exercises to help you reach your health goals. Our personal trainer will use your short-term and long-term goals, your physical capabilities and your requested exercises to guarantee a functional workout that will meet your specific needs. The trainer will work with you 1-on-1 during each workout session.
Members only. Must purchase 10 sessions to get started. Additional sessions may be purchased as desired.
Includes Assessment, specialized Program Plan and 3 one hour sessions to teach you your workout routine.
Our personal trainer will use your short-term and long-term goals, assess your physical capabilities, and then customize a workout program designed just for you. In the 3 one hour 1-on-1 sessions, he will teach you how to accurately complete your workout plan. If you choose to update your routine in the future, he is here to help.
Must be a YMCA member to participate.
