We encourage you to try to a variety of classes at a variety of intensity levels to find what works best for you! Please know that low impact options and intensity modifications are available for ALL classes. Our instructors are eager to share their knowledge and passion with you and to help you get the best workout possible every time to keep you coming back for more! Class | Description |

Cycle: | An indoor cycling class that utilizes bikes designed to simulate road bikes. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. If it's your first class, come early so the instructor can help set up your bike. |
Tabata: | Training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. |
Pop Yoga: | An upbeat vinyasa flow to your new and old pop favorites with a slow wind down and relaxation. Fuses traditional asana with themes of choreography as you breathe to the beat. Gets your heart pumping and builds strength, balance, and flexibility. Modifications are available for all levels. |
Slow Flow Yoga: | Slower-paced vinyasa flow with mindful moving and breathing in longer-held poses. Leave feeling strong and relaxed. Modifications available for all levels. |
Body Sculpting: | A non-aerobic, toning class using light weights to shape and sculpt your muscles. |
Hip Hop Cardio/POUND: | POUND®: A full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising.Hip Hop Cardio: Drop it low, rock your body, bust a move, and get ready to sweat. This high-energy class will burn a ton of calories while you dance it out to great music. |
Kickboxing: | A group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. |
Boot Camp: | A type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. A boot camp workout also can include functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multi-joint exercises that simulate movements people do in life. |
Pilates: | a system of repetitive exercises performed on a yoga mat or other equipment to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. |
