With The Complete Athlete, you will: 

• Develop functional strength, speed, and agility that cross over to the sports you play.

• Get your squat, bench, and deadlift optimized to become bullet proof.
• Learn the most important components of nutrition to maximize muscle growth and increase your energy.
• Learn how to stay healthy and reduce injuries.

About Cross Kantz

  • ACSM Certified Personal Trainer
  • Bachelor of Science Sports and Dietetics Nutrition from Mansfield University
  • Master of Science Exercise Science with concentration in Strength and Conditioning from the University of South Florida
  • ENLIFTED Level 1 Certified Coach

The Complete Athlete: A Breakdown

5 Day Camp

  • Start with a 5-day camp from July 17th –  July 21st
  • Two age groups:
    • Age 7-12 runs 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM 
    • Age 13-18 runs 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM  

4 Week Post Camp Training

After camp is over, join us for optional meet ups on Monday and Wednesday to further develop your skills and knowledge around training and nutrition. 

With Additional Training

We’ll work on explosive movements like power cleans and advanced mobility and agility drills, and get to dive into specific nutritional topics.
