Our birthday party room and play areas have plenty of space for children to enjoy a great party. All activities are designed to be fun and age-appropriate with the birthday child’s interests a top priority. Our standard party includes 1 hour on the turf field/hardcourt and 1 hour in the party space. Additional turf/court time can be reserved for an additional fee, if available.
Our party package includes up to 20 children (not including birthday child). This does include siblings who plan to participate in activities on the court. You may bring cake and drinks for the “in-room” portion of the party. Please know that no additional outside food is permitted without additional fee ($75.00).

1. Blue Block Mania
Ages: 2-12
Time: 2 hours
Schedule: 1 hour of activity, 1 hour of food and presents
Kids: 20 kids
Where: One Hard Court/Turf and Multipurpose Room
Includes: 1 staff member to help coordinate, tables, chairs, multi-purpose room, one court/turf space

Description: Imagination Playground’s large blue blocks provide an endless amount of opportunities for children to create, explore and play. The only limit is a child’s imagination, which we all know is pretty much endless. Combined with the ingenuity and improvisation of our staff, these seemingly innocent blue blocks provide a great tool for a memorable birthday party. Activities include: timed building challenges, blue block scooter races, obstacle courses, teamwork opportunities, tunnel fun and more.
2. Scooter Insanity
Ages: 2+
Time: 2 hours
Schedule: 1 hour of activity, 1 hour of food and presents
Kids: 20 kids
Where: One Hard Court and Multipurpose Room
Includes: 1 staff member to help coordinate, tables, chairs, multi-purpose room, one court/turf space
Cost: $250 | $260 | $270
Description: Not much is more exciting to children than feeling the wind in their hair as they zip around on their own scooter. The Lewisburg YMCA has plenty of scooters for everyone and we even up the ante by combining our scooters with blue blocks, football dummies and other equipment that maximizes the speed and fun of the traditional scooter. Activities include: High Seas Pirate Treasure Hunt, Scooter Polo, “Mario Kart” tracks, and more.
3. Sports
Ages: 3+
Time: 2 hours
Schedule: 1 hour of activity, 1 hour of food and presents
Kids: 20 kids
Where: Turf field or Hardcourt and Multipurpose Room
Includes: 1 staff member to help coordinate, tables, chairs, multi-purpose room, one court/turf space
Cost: $250 | $260 | $270
Description: The Lewisburg YMCA has the capability to host many different sports, including dodgeball, kickball, wiffleball, soccer, football, volleyball, hockey, and basketball. Games can range from competitive games to easy and fun skill instructions. It all depends what the birthday child wants!
4. Combination Party
Can’t choose just one? Our most popular option allows you to combine two of the choices from above and create a customized, fun, and fast-paced birthday experience for your little one and their friends.
Whether they want a half hour of scooters followed by a half hour of kickball, you choose the activities that your child wants!
$50 additional fee for 2 activities (i.e. scooters and blocks)

The following extras may be added onto any party package.
- Extra Party Time (60 mins): $50
- Additional Court/Turf ($50/hour)
- Staff member to coordinate games/activities: ($50)
- Outside food fee ($75-dollar cleaning fee for any outside food, aside from cake and drinks)
- Additional participating child $10/child. (Standard parties include up to 20 participating children.)

Cancellation & Facility Use Policy
-The Lewisburg YMCA requires a 3-day cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival.
-All party bookings made within 72 hours of event must be paid in full. Themes may be limited.
Facility Use Policy
-No smoking, alcoholic beverages or use of any illegal substances on the grounds.
-The Lewisburg YMCA requires a 7-day cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival.
-No profanity or fighting will be tolerated.
-No provocative clothing or clothing with offensive pictures, words or sayings.
-No dangerous activities.
-No defacing of the physical property including but not limited to: tape, staples or nails on any surfaces. (Decorations must be approved)
-No firearms, explosives, fireworks or similar items will be permitted.
-All children must be monitored at all times to keep them in the contracted spaces and maintain safety.
