Sunbury Group TRX Suspension Training

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

Youth Strength and Conditioning

This program provides supervised strength and conditioning training for youth athletes between the ages of 10 to 15 years of age. The sessions will include integrated training principals including Resistance, Balance, Core, Flexibility, Plyometric, Speed, Agility and Quickness Training.

S.A.W. Program

(Strong Athletic Women) Introductory program for women that is designed with the intent to introduce ladies to strength concepts and to increase confidence with strength training.

Army Strong Conditioning

Program designed to get future and currently enlisted Army soldiers passing scores on the current Army Combat Fitness Test.

Team Sports Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning is available at the Sunbury YMCA for your team. Preseason, in-season, and post-season training available the programming is catered to your sport and your athletes.
