Trevin is a Sports and Recreation Coordinator and one of the youth performance coaches for the Lewisburg YMCA. He has his Master’s Degree in Sport Administration, as well as experience in education, communications, and coaching. He was a varsity football, basketball, lacrosse, and track athlete in high school and has previous coaching experience, primarily in basketball. Trevin continues to be passionate about athletics and the impact it has. His dream is to one day be a motivational speaker and leader for high school and collegiate athletes.
As a husband and father, I cherish staying active with my family—whether it’s running around with the kids, going on bike rides, or enjoying the outdoors at the park. My passion for physical fitness began during my time as a college athlete, competing in basketball and soccer. It was then that I discovered a deep interest in resistance training and the science behind movement.
My approach to fitness has always been about more than athletic performance; it’s rooted in understanding the biomechanics that drive both everyday activities and elite athletic achievements. I earned my personal training certification through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), a nationally accredited organization.
In addition to my fitness background, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Worship and Music Studies and a Master of Arts degree from Liberty Theological Seminary, which have helped shape my holistic and relationship-focused approach to personal training.
