Hi! I’m Lori, Personal Trainer and Parkinson’s Educator here at the Lewisburg YMCA. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Industrial Engineering, so my career path is not a traditional one. A diagnosis of Young Onset Parkinson’s disease has fueled me to become an advocate for health and wellness.  I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA (International Sports Science Association) and a certified Rock Steady Boxing coach.
