Sunbury Group TRX Suspension Training
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.

Youth Strength and Conditioning
This program provides supervised strength and conditioning training for youth athletes. The sessions will include integrated training principals including Resistance, Balance, Core, Flexibility, Plyometric, Speed, Agility and Quickness Training.
Kettlebell Training
A kettlebell is a cast-iron ball with a handle attached at the top, resembling a cannonball with a handle. Kettlebells can be used for all types of populations to boost muscle strength, power, endurance, mobility and stability.

Team Sports Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning is available at the Sunbury YMCA for your team. Preseason, in-season, and post-season training available the programming is catered to your sport and your athletes.
