The Y nurtures the potential of every child with a variety of programs including after school care, our drop-in KidSpace, summer camp, and other programs to keep your children happy, healthy and safe.
KidSpace
Members can now take advantage of free, drop-in babysitting in our KidSpace while they work out. Registration is required and can be done by calling the front desk 570-556-4191 or registration through your online account. Maximum allowable time in our KidSpace is 90 minutes while you are exercising. Parents must remain on the premises at all times.
KidSpace Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning: 8:30 am to 11:00 am
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Evening: 4:00 to 7:00 pm
Saturdays: 8:00 to 11:00 am
Pre-registration is required to bring your child to KidSpace.
After School Care
Our popular afterschool program gives kids the perfect place to have fun, unwind and get homework help in a comfortable, safe and respectful environment. The program runs from 3:30-6:00pm every day Lewisburg Area School District is in session, with bussing from Kelly Elementary and Linntown Intermediate. During the program, children will have access to resources such as our experienced staff with homework help, basketball courts, turf field, playground, gaga ball pit, sports equipment, movement-based equipment, large blue imagination blocks, gymnastic mats, diverse STEM materials, books, Legos, art materials, and much more. Even on a rainy or snowy day, your children will have plenty of room to expend excess energy inside the Lewisburg Y.
Pricing is flexible to meet your needs where you only pay for the days you sign up for. Rates for the 2024-25 school year are:
Afterschool – Member – $13.00 per day (Non-Member $16.00 per day)
School’s Out Half Day – Member $22 per day (Non-Member $26 per day)
School’s Out Full Day – Member $37 per day (Non-Member $45 per day)
“School’s Out” programs require separate registration and run from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Families may choose which days they need.
